Our Weight loss service offers a personalized approach to assist you in reaching your weight loss objectives. Through a detailed consultation, we will design a customized treatment plan encompassing dietary management, activity regimens, and medication options, all tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
New weight-loss patient intake
Your provider with conduct a complete history and physical. We will discuss the goals of weight loss and formulate your personalized treatment plan.
Comprehensive assessment including full body composition measurement with weight and BMR analysis.
We will use your insurance for lab processing fees, or we offer discounted self-pay pricing (initial panel $65). Labs will be drawn 1 week before your initial evaluation and include:
Provider is available to you via phone/text most times for immediate access to real-time medical information and assistance. In-person appointments can be scheduled, often same-day, if desired.
If medication is part of your weight loss plan, we will determine which will be best for your specific circumstances. Injectables start at $180 for starter vial and prices increase depending on your required dose.
If you want to use insurance for medication, we will work with the insurance company to obtain prior authorization (if coverage allows). Membership fee does not include pharmacy co-pays. Contact your insurance company to inquire about coverages for desired medication.
All follow-up visits are included in the cost of your monthly membership
Follow up every 6-8 weeks for physical exam, measurement of vital signs including weight and body composition, and medication dosage adjustments (if needed).
Medication refills will be ordered from the compounding pharmacy at a discounted price or will be resubmitted to the pharmacy of your choice (if using insurance).
Your membership subscription can be terminated anytime without penalty or long-term commitment.
