With in-clinic Injections
Your provider will conduct a complete history and physical. If you qualify and wish to proceed with hormone optimization therapy, you will have weekly testosterone injections and have follow up visits scheduled every 8-12 weeks depending on your progress. This initial visit cost includes your first month of medication.
Without in-clinic Injections
This plan does not iclude weekly in-clinic testosterone injections. This option is for patients who wish to self-administer their testosterone injections at home or treat their symptoms with oral medications only. This plan pricing does not include the cost of medication or pharmacy co-pays.
The comprehensive assessment includes lab review and creating a care plan specialized to optimize hormone levels on an individualized basis. You can get started on your treatment plan same-day.
We will use your insurance for lab processing fees, or we offer discounted self-pay pricing (initial panel $115). Labs will be drawn 1 week prior to your intake evaluation and include:
Provider is available to you via phone/text most times for immediate access to real-time medical information and assistance. In-person appointments can be scheduled, often same-day, if desired.
Treatment may consist of oral medications and/or injectable medications to correct low testosterone and other hormone levels. Topical creams can be used instead of injections, if preferred.
If you want to use insurance for medication, we will work with the insurance company to obtain prior authorization (if coverage allows). Membership fee does not include pharmacy co-pays. Contact your insurance company to inquire about coverages for desired medication.

With in-clinic Injections
Follow up every 8-12 weeks initially for physical exam, measurement of vital signs, repeat lab testing, and medication dosage adjustments (if needed) with prescription renewals. Weekly in-clinic testosterone injections and anastrozole (medication to control estrogen levels if they increase) are also inluded in the monthly fee.
Without in-clinic Injections
Follow up every 8-12 weeks initially for physical exam, measurement of vital signs, repeat lab testing, and medication dosage adjustments (if needed) with prescription renewals. The cost of your monthly subscription does not include medication costs or pharmacy copays.
If you elect to do your own injections at home, testosterone can be ordered from our mail-order pharmacy and shipped directly to you. Otherwise, if you are using insurance to cover the cost of your medication, the medication refill will be resubmitted to the pharmacy of your choice.
Your membership subscription can be terminated anytime without penalty or long-term commitment.
